RETURNS
We pride ourselves on our beautiful products and hope you will not need to return anything!
But, if you do, please contact us at hello@halogenhome.co.za and let us know what the problem is.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The cost of returning the product is for your account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If any returned items are damaged during return transit due to obvious insufficient packaging, you may not qualify for a refund / exchange and may be charged the return shipping fee to have the damaged goods returned to you.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Items made-to-order
- Cut fabric
- Items marked as non-refundable on the product page
- Bed linen, jewellery, apparel, health and personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - please include this in your package.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or a bank EFT, which could take up to 10 working days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@halogenhome.co.za for details.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send us an email at hello@halogenhome.co.za for details.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
